Golf & Heritage Discovery in Vietnam will give you an insight into Vietnam golf and the cultural values of heritages in Vietnam. It would be a great chance for you to travel from the North to the South and bring home the most meaningful memories. You will be a golfer playing the best golf courses in Vietnam, a tourist exploring the most well-known destinations and the ancient heritages of the country, or even a gardener experiencing the local’s life. There are still so many interesting things in this 12-day golf package waiting for you.
Arrive at Noi Bai airport, then transfer to the hotel for check-in and relax (early check-in if requested).
In the afternoon, you will join a half-day city tour to explore the capital city of Vietnam. The itinerary includes signature destinations of Hanoi city: the Temple of Literature, West Lake, the oldest Tran Quoc pagoda, Hoan Kiem Lake, The Huc Bridge, Ngoc Son Temple, and Hanoi Old Quarter,... You will take a cyclo riding tour around the Old Quarter to see the Hanoi vibes and enjoy the daily life of Hanoians.
Tour ends after a cup of coffee or tea at an authentic Ha Noi corner café where you can have talks with local people, and exchange cultural ways of life.
In the evening, enjoy the traditional water puppet show to discover the beauty of this unique Vietnam traditional art.
Have breakfast at the hotel, then the driver will take you to Chi Linh Star Golf & Country Club. Chi Linh Star is known as one of the most challenging golf courses in Vietnam. Tee off and enjoy a round of 18 holes.
After the game, continue to Halong Bay for hotel check-in. The rest of the day is on your own.
After having breakfast at the hotel, we head to the pier in Halong’s harbor. Let’s board our deluxe boat for about 4 hours to discover the stunning Halong Bay. Visit the natural beautiful landscapes of Ha Long Bay and discover beautiful caves.
A seafood lunch will be served on board, while the cruise is sailing through the islets.
The cruise sails back to the mainland, and you will be back to Hanoi via highway. On the way back, stop at Bat Trang village. We pay a visit to the village known for producing high-quality ceramics and see how this pottery is made by hand. You’ll have the opportunity to participate in a workshop crafting your own piece or shop for something to take home with you.
Arrive in Ha Noi, check-in hotel, and take leisure.
Breakfast at the hotel and then transfer to BRG Legend Hill Golf Course - the first course in Vietnam designed by Nicklaus Design. Tee off at your preferred time and enjoy a round of 18 holes stretching along mountain slopes and lakeside curves.
After the game, transfer to Noi Bai airport for a domestic flight to Da Nang. Upon arrival in Danang city, the driver will pick you up at the airport and then take you to the hotel in Hoi An. You stay overnight in Hoi An.
After breakfast, driver will pick you up at hotel. Head to Vinpearl Golf Nam Hoi An, which was honored as “Asia’s Best Golf Resort” by Asia Golf. Enjoy a round of 18 holes. After golfing back to the hotel.

16h30: The guide & driver will pick you up from the hotel, and we will move to Nguyen Hoang Boat Station.
17h00: Board your boat, and you will be served a welcome drink with handmade fresh juice.
The journey will take you to pass by Duy Hai Fishing Village. Cruising along the river, witness the river culture, local farming, and the other locals' daily life. Then, you will enjoy our delicious freshly prepared foods: Grilled fish, fried spring roll, and pork skewer accompanied by a Chilean wine glass.
Special activity where our chef will show you how to make fried spring rolls before you do the same dishes yourself.
18.00: Return to Hoi An Ancient Town amidst the setting sun. The river and surrounding countryside are bathed in orange and the old town’s streets are all lightened with hundreds of paper lanterns. So many stunning photo opportunities!
19.00 - 19.30: Disembark at the pier and transfer back to your hotel.
You will have a full day exploring Hoi An and its surroundings.
Starting with a cycling tour from the hotel to Tra Que herb village in about 30 minutes. Located between Hoi An old town and An Bang beach, Tra Que vegetable village (or Tra Que herb village) is a fertile island with a very tranquil atmosphere. You will visit the gardens and listen to the history of the village told by the locals. You will join gardening activities to experience the local’s life: preparing the land, fertilizing with seaweed, raking the ground, sowing, watering, and picking vegetables,...
Enjoy a relaxing foot soak before getting to preparing lunch with a local family. Join cooking with ‘Tam Huu’ spring roll, ‘Banh xeo’ - a local pancake in Vietnam's middle regions.
After your morning excursions and lunch, you learn how to harvest and wrap the vegetables. Bid farewell to your host family before riding back to your hotel.
Back to Hoi An, you will take a walk to visit Hoi An ancient town with Japanese Bridge, Phuc Kien Assembly Hall, Tan Ky old house. Learn how to make lanterns in a local handicraft shop and stop at Hoi An market – the biggest market in the ancient town of Hoi An.
After breakfast at the hotel, we will drive you to Laguna Lang Co Golf Resort for about 1 hour and 20 minutes. This golf course features 18 championship holes designed by Nick Faldo. Sand dunes come into most holes of this stunning course. Tee off and enjoy 18 holes of golf.
Then the private car will drive you to the hotel. Free at leisure for the rest of the day. Overnight at the hotel in Hue.
At 8 am our guide and driver will pick you up at your hotel and start the day trip with a visit to Dong Ba Market – the most popular and busiest market in the city. Free to go shopping around and get a glimpse of the local life and get more experience about local people here.
Get on the boat along the Perfume River. The tranquil atmosphere and peaceful sceneries along the bank sides can amaze you. After the boat trip, we pay a visit to Thien Mu Pagoda which is featured in various songs and poems about Hue and is also known as the oldest pagoda in the city. This is a chance to learn more about Hue and its historic stories
The next stop is the Imperial Citadel of Hue - a very well-known heritage site in Vietnam. This palace was Vietnam’s last royal dynasty residence. It is a must-visit huge complex of traditional Eastern architecture including majestic palaces, tombs, and museums,...
Have lunch at the restaurant.
PM: Go on the trip to explore the royal tombs of Nguyen’s Emperors: Khai Dinh Tomb & Minh Mang Tomb. Khai Dinh Tomb is unique among the royal tombs with the combination of Western and Oriental architectural styles, while Minh Mang Tomb has a harmonious setting of the constructions and picturesque natural surroundings. Transfer back to the city center and end the tour at your hotel.
After breakfast, you transfer to Phu Bai Airport for your flight to Saigon. Upon arrival, the driver will pick you up at the airport and transfer you to the hotel for check-in procedure.
In the evening, you have a chance to explore a wonderful Sai Gon. You will have about 3.5 hours to sample around 10 different dishes, from those little pancakes to a big bowl of noodles, then have a sip of Vietnamese coffee and get everything done with a sweet dessert. Not only you will be able to explore our culinary world but you also get to know the local life.
Have breakfast at the hotel, then drive to Jeongsan Country Club. Engage with nature, customers are able to experience, relax, entertain and play golf aside from the perfect tranquil Dong Nai river. Tee off at your preferred time and enjoy a round of 18-hole golf.
After the game, you will be transferred back to the hotel. Free in the evening. Overnight at the hotel in Saigon.
Have breakfast at the hotel and take a 40-minute drive to Vietnam Golf & Country Club. You spend the morning enjoying 18 holes of golf on the East Course. After the game, you will be transferred back to the hotel. Free in the evening. Overnight at the hotel in Saigon.

A well-coordinated and planned holiday in Vietnam starting in Hanoi. In the north, we played in 3 courses King's Island, Thanh Lanh & Skylake Golf Course. We also had a night cruise on Halong Bay which was a fantastic trip then traveled to the southern part of Vietnam. Here we played 4 courses: Vietnam Golf & Country Club, Twindoves Golf Course, Vung tau Paradise Golf & the Bluff Ho Tram Strip. They were all good choices. All this had been organized by Ms. Pham who did a very good job with all the planning. We were 4 people doing this trip and we can really recommend VGS Travel for organizing this.
A memorable and enjoyable trip with 2 countries planned by the tour agency. The trip was even greater with our guide Ms. Ly who looked after us very well with well-coordinated arrangements. We never had to wait at the golf receptionist register, like many other golf tours. All cards and keys were ready when we arrived. She also brought us to the down-to-earth local food joints. We strongly recommend VGS Travel to any keen golfers, we will surely be back in the near future.
We are group of 8 Singapore Golfers played in 4 Golf courses in Danang, Hue & Hoian, we really enjoyed our 7 days Golf in the very nice golf course during our trip, namely Bana Hills Golf Club, Hoiana Shores, Laguna Lang Co & Montgomerie Links. We really want to go back to play on these golf courses in the very near future. Thanks very much to Ms. Pham of VGS Travel who arranged our accommodation & schedule for those golf courses. Also our guide Mr. Tan took us around Hue for a half day city tour. We will go back again to Vietnam.
